Reliable service. I look forward to home service as I do not own a car and it would be a lot easier to have someone come to my place for cat check ups than to take the cat by taxi to the clinic.
Never walked out of the clinic unsatisfied. Friendly staff, experienced staff, clean professional and most importantly ethical. I treat all our 4 cats and bird here and I wont think of a better place I trust than APC. Keep up the good work, I hope they expand and reach a wider market share and reach more people instead of those commercial dirty unethical stores.
Honestly I couldn't believe it when it was after 2 AM and I had an ER with my new kitten SKY and I called Dr. Noura and she was more than helpful and supportive and went beyond the extra mile when she accepted my case after 2 AM and had to come specially to take it which gave me peace of mind. She is surly an asset to APC and it is amazing to know that there are people like Dr. Noura who are ready to help no matter what!! Big THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT JOB YOU DO! DOUBLE BIG THANK YOU TO DR. NOURA :)
